1.The screen lifting is driven by cylinder, combined with high-performance precision linear
guides. The screen frame lifting is guided by a guide post, which makes printing smoother and
higher printing accuracy.
2.The printing base adopts stepping motor, which runs fast, accurate positioning, and digital
setting of stroke / speed / direction
3.The printing base is made of one-piece cast aluminum with simple structure. The knife
holder is guided by cylinder with guide rails, which is stable and smooth with high accuracy.
The doctor blade and the ink blade are formed by integrally drawing aluminum, with simple
structure, convenient use and stable performance.
4.The turntable table is driven by a precision cam divider in Taiwan, with fast repeat positioning
accuracy, fine adjustment of the table micrometer (stroke ± 6mm), vacuum suction platen,
accurate positioning of the product to prevent product loosening during rotation. Turntable is
integrally formed from cast aluminum, with stable structure and superior rigidity. The flatness
accuracy of the table is 0.05mm.
5.Unloading robot: Configurable unloading robot hand to reduce productivity and improve
production efficiency. The machine is connected to the production line and directly cuts to the
production line. It can be customized according to customer requirements
6.Adopt advanced PLC control, digital control of man-machine interface, can set a variety of
functions and operating parameters, which is conducive to dataization, standardization and
